Do you offer hibachi at home in Pennsylvania?
Yes. Our main Pennsylvania service focus is Eastern Pennsylvania near New Jersey, including the Philadelphia side, Bucks County, the Lehigh Valley, and select nearby areas.
How much does a Pennsylvania hibachi party cost?
Basic is $50 per adult with 2 selections. Premium is $60 per adult with 3 selections. Kids are $30 with 1 selection. The event minimum is $500.
Is a deposit required to reserve the date?
Yes. A $50 deposit is required to reserve your date and is applied toward your final balance.
How do we pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance is usually paid directly to the chef on party day. Cash is preferred, and Zelle or Venmo may also be used.
Can we pay by credit card?
Yes. Credit card payment must be arranged in advance. The full balance must be paid before the party and a 4% processing fee applies. Please contact us at least 3 days before the event.
When do we send final guest details?
Please text us about 3 days before the party with your final guest count, protein selections, and any add-ons.
Can you accommodate allergies or special requests?
Usually, yes. Please tell us in advance about allergies or special requests. If you need a specific gluten-free sauce, olive oil, avocado oil, or another specialty product, please have it ready for the chef. We can adjust the cooking order when possible; for guests avoiding seafood, we can prepare their food first and cook seafood last to help reduce cross-contact. Because the cooking surface and tools are shared, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Can hibachi be done indoors?
Outdoor cooking is preferred. A safe indoor area may also work if there is enough ventilation, clearance, and space for the chef and grill.
What do we need to prepare?
Please provide tables, chairs, plates, utensils, napkins, and a dry, flat, well-ventilated cooking area. Table and chair setup may be available for $15 per guest and should be reserved in advance, subject to availability.
What happens if it rains?
A covered outdoor area works best. A safe indoor area may also work when properly ventilated. Garages and covered patios are common backup options when permitted.
Do you serve all of Pennsylvania?
Not automatically. Pennsylvania is a large state. Eastern Pennsylvania is our main focus, while locations farther west depend on date, travel distance, party size, and chef availability.
