What is hibachi at home?
A private hibachi chef comes to your Miami home, Airbnb, backyard, patio, or event. We bring the grill, food, cooking tools, and show.
How much does it cost?
Basic is $50 per adult with 2 selections. Premium is $60 per adult with 3 selections. Kids are $30 with 1 selection. The event minimum is $500.
Can guests choose different packages?
Yes. Basic, Premium, and Kids packages can all be mixed at the same party.
What can we choose?
Chicken, NY strip steak, shrimp, tofu, or extra vegetables. Selections may be repeated. Salmon and scallops are +$5, filet mignon +$10, and lobster tail +$15 per upgraded selection.
What do we need to prepare?
Please provide tables, chairs, plates, utensils, napkins, and a dry, flat, well-ventilated cooking area. If you need tables and chairs, we offer a $15 per guest setup package with folding tables, folding chairs, tablecloths, disposable plates, and utensils. Please let us know in advance when booking.
Can you handle allergies or special requests?
Usually, yes. Please tell us in advance about gluten-free meals, no-egg fried rice, vegetarian requests, shellfish allergies, or other food allergies.
