Before booking
What is included?
Salad, hibachi fried rice, vegetables, and 2 protein choices per guest. We provide the chef, grill, ingredients, cooking, and entertainment.
What do we need to prepare?
Please provide tables, chairs, plates, and utensils. We cook outdoors only on a flat, dry, stable surface.
How does payment work?
A $50 deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance and gratuity can be paid to the chef after the party by cash or Venmo.
When do you need the final count?
Please contact us at least 3 days before the party to confirm your final guest count and protein selections.
Is there a travel fee?
A travel fee may apply depending on your location. We are based in Fort Lauderdale and will confirm the exact fee after checking your address.
Can you do large parties?
Yes. For larger groups, buffet style usually works better because guests can move around while the chef prepares the food.
Can you work at Airbnbs?
Yes. Airbnbs and vacation homes work well as long as there is a suitable outdoor cooking area.
Do you cook indoors?
No. Hibachi cooking is outdoor only. A covered patio is usually fine as long as the area is open, safe, and ventilated.
