How much does hibachi at home cost in South Florida?
Basic is $50 per adult with 2 selections. Premium is $60 per adult with 3 selections. Kids are $30 with 1 selection. The event minimum is $500.
What food can we choose?
Package choices include chicken, New York Strip Steak, shrimp, tofu, and extra vegetables. Salmon and scallops are +$5, Filet Mignon +$10, and Lobster Tail +$15 per upgraded selection.
Can you cook at an Airbnb, vacation rental, backyard, or waterfront home?
Yes. We commonly serve private homes, backyards, patios, Airbnbs, vacation rentals, waterfront properties, clubhouses, and approved private event spaces.
What do we need to prepare?
Please provide tables, chairs, plates, utensils, napkins, and a dry, flat, well-ventilated cooking area. We bring the chef, grill, food, cooking tools, and hibachi entertainment.
Do you need electricity or water for the hibachi grill?
No. Our hibachi grill setup does not require electricity or a water connection. Please provide a safe, flat, dry, and well-ventilated cooking area.
What happens if it rains?
A covered outdoor area works best. A covered patio or other safe, dry, and well-ventilated area may work depending on the property and setup.

Yes. We cater events with 100 guests or more, including weddings and corporate gatherings. We arrange multiple chefs based on your guest count and event setup. Contact us in advance to coordinate the details.
Is Hibachi A1A insured?
Yes! Hibachi A1A is fully insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
How do we pay?
Cash is preferred. The remaining balance and gratuity can be paid directly to the chef in cash on the event day. Zelle or Venmo payments must be completed in full before the party. Credit card payments must be arranged in advance and include a 4% processing fee.
Is there a travel fee?
Our South Florida base is in Fort Lauderdale. Travel fees start at $30; 30–50 miles is $50; over 50 miles depends on the event location.
