Hibachi A1A At Home Experience


Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change; however, event coordination, chef scheduling, and ingredient preparation begin in advance.

A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Cancellations or reschedule requests made at least 48 hours before the event will result in the deposit being retained as a credit for a future booking, valid for 6 months. Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will result in the deposit being forfeited.
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to partial or full event charges, up to $200, due to preparation and scheduling commitments.
  • All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise approved.

Payment & Deposit

A $50 deposit is required to confirm your booking.

The remaining balance and gratuity must be paid in cash to the chef on the day of the event.

Final guest count and protein selections must be confirmed at least 3 days before the event. Changes after this time may not be accommodated.

Additional services, time extensions, or changes requested on the day of the event are not guaranteed and may not be available.


Service Timing

Service begins at the scheduled time and is limited to approximately 90 minutes.

Late arrivals, delays in guest readiness, or interruptions may reduce effective service time and impact the overall experience.

Additional time is not guaranteed due to scheduling constraints.


Setup & Requirements

Hibachi A1A provides the chef, grill, food, and full cooking experience.

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Tables and chairs for all guests
  • Plates, utensils, and napkins
  • A flat, stable, and safe outdoor cooking area

Delays caused by incomplete setup or unsuitable conditions may affect service time and experience.


Weather Policy

Service is provided rain or shine.

Clients must provide a covered, dry, and well-ventilated area in case of rain.

If no suitable covered area is available or conditions are deemed unsafe, the event may be rescheduled in accordance with the cancellation policy.


Safety & Liability

By booking with Hibachi A1A, you agree to the following:

Our chefs use open flame and high-temperature equipment. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all guests maintain a safe distance from the cooking area at all times.

While we take reasonable precautions, Hibachi A1A is not responsible for any damage to property resulting from normal cooking operations or pre-existing conditions at the event location.

Hibachi A1A reserves the right to pause, modify, or terminate service if conditions are unsafe or interfere with the chef’s ability to perform.
