Hibachi A1A At Home Experience


Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans and circumstances may change, and we kindly ask that you consider the time and effort involved in event coordination, chef scheduling, and ingredient preparation.

A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Cancellations or reschedule requests made at least 48 hours before the event will receive a full deposit credit, which can be used toward a future booking within 6 months.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
  • Same-day cancellations may result in partial or full event charges due to preparation and scheduling commitments.

We prepare all ingredients and schedule chefs in advance to ensure the best experience for your event. We appreciate your understanding.


Payment & Deposit

A $50 deposit is required to confirm your booking.

The remaining balance and gratuity are to be paid in cash to the chef on the day of the event.

Final guest count and protein selections should be confirmed at least 3 days before the event.


Setup & Requirements

Hibachi A1A provides the chef, grill, food, and full cooking experience.

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Tables and chairs for all guests
  • Plates, utensils, and napkins
  • A flat and stable outdoor setup area

Weather Policy

Rain or shine, the show goes on.

We simply require a dry, flat, and well-ventilated area to safely perform the hibachi experience.

In case of rain, setup options include:

  • A tent covering both the chef and guests
  • A garage, patio, or covered outdoor area
  • Guests seated indoors while the chef cooks outside under a tent

If no suitable covered area is provided and conditions are unsafe, the event may be rescheduled in accordance with our cancellation policy.


Safety & Liability

By booking with Hibachi A1A, you agree to the following:

Our chefs use open flame and high-temperature equipment. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all guests, especially children, maintain a safe distance from the cooking area.

While we take all reasonable precautions, Hibachi A1A is not responsible for any damage to property, including but not limited to floors, ceilings, furniture, or outdoor surfaces, that may occur during normal cooking operations.

We reserve the right to stop or refuse service if the environment is unsafe or poses a risk to the chef or guests.

We may collect your name, phone number, email, event details, and other information you provide when submitting a request.

This information is used solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiry
  • Provide quotes and confirm availability
  • Communicate regarding your event
